Just had an undercover inspection from an AA inspector who stayed the night and ate an evening meal.  We are delighted as we have retained our 4 stars for accommodation and our AA rosettes for culinary excellence.  We cherish these inspections as they are the real thing!!  An AA inspector knows his job.  The general public should be taking note of these inspectors and not Tripadvisor reviews!!!
